Tim - Option 3

Jack the new CEO came up with a three-pronged plan to revive his company to a large market shareholder.

Cutting Costs is mainly done through use of digitisation of information through the supply chain. The sell side had all been reduced to three steps meaning re-allocation of resources towards customers was possible to help with giving the best possible customer experience. The buy side had been digitised to allow for more immediate responses to demand making KIWI a more competitive brand. The use of RFID tags are initially a large cost (like all major implementations) but reduce the paper cost as well and labour cost, there is no need for kiosk employees

Part 2 and 3 have the same goal. To keep customers in KIWI and away from competitors. This is done from start to finish. The customer can select a seat and buy it online. Then come into the airport and easily deposit their luggage, as well as check into the place. This makes the entire experience more enjoyable and hassle free. Information systems are also used to calculate the most optimal route and to identify peak times in the year.
